PAGOSA PENGUIN PLUNGE 2012

UPDATE: Our HSPS plungers - Art and Courtney - raised $1926 for the dogs and cats!

Please support Artur of the HSPS Thrift Store as he braves the frigid temperature of the San Juan River to raise funds for the HSPS Animal Shelter during the 3rd Annual Penguin Plunge. Come cheer for Artur as he plunges into the river at Noon on February 19th by the Chamber of Commerce Visitor’s Center in downtown Pagosa Springs!

Donations/Pledges (payable to HSPS) can be made at either the Thrift Store or Animal Shelter or mailed to: HSPS, PO Box 2230, Pagosa Springs, CO, 81147. You may also phone in a credit card donation to Debbie at 970-264-5549. Last year’s Penguin Plunge raised over $1,600 to support programs at the animal shelter, and with everyone’s support we hope to beat that amount in 2012. All pledges, no matter how small (or large!) are welcome. All donations must be received by Friday, February 17th. The dogs and cats at the shelter thank you and your support will hopefully give Artur the warm glow he will need to thaw out from his frigid plunge!
